Professional Services Since 1979

ICC PEI, LLC services customers across the United States in all phases of the construction industry. We work with both local contractors as well as nationally renowned product suppliers, manufactured/modular home builders and recreational vehicle manufacturers. PEI was founded in May of 1979 and purchased on January 2, 1998 by Evor F. Johns and Greg A. Weeden.

In 2021, PEI joined the International Code Council family of solutions. The International Code Council is the leading global source of model codes and standards and building safety solutions. Our staff includes professional engineers and registered land surveyors. Our engineers hold licenses in 40+ states, and our staff serve both locally and nationally on building code committees to assist in the interpretation and creation of new building codes. Our accreditations also include ISO Guide 17025 and 17020 for Independent Testing Laboratories and Quality Control Inspection Agencies.

Our commitment to the latest in technology, products, equipment, procedures and building codes allows PEI to maintain the highest level of productivity, support and professional services to our clients. We are pleased that many of our clients return to us for assistance with future projects.
